A mineral barrier that installs like a geosynthetic.
Enviromat® combines the sealing power of sodium bentonite with the installation convenience of a geosynthetic roll. The needle-punching bonds the bentonite permanently between the geotextile layers, preventing migration even on slopes. On hydration it swells to seal against liquid seepage across a wide range of chemical environments.
Indramas supplies and installs Enviromat® as the sealing layer in liner systems, either standalone or as the clay component of a composite liner alongside a geomembrane.
