What we collect
- When you browse: the pages you view, the links and buttons you click (for example WhatsApp or email), the page that referred you, your browser, device type and screen size, an approximate location (country and city) derived from your IP address, and a random identifier stored in a cookie or local storage so we can recognise repeat visits.
- Session recordings: a reconstruction of how you move through our pages — scrolling, clicks and pointer movement. The site has no forms, and anything typed into input fields is masked.
- When you contact us: if you message us on WhatsApp, email us or call us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, company and message.
We do not collect payment details, identity numbers or other specific (sensitive) personal data through this website, and we do not sell personal data.
Why we use it
- To understand which pages, products and projects interest visitors and to improve the website — based on our legitimate interest. We keep this proportionate: it covers only how this website is used, we do not use it to identify you or for advertising, anything typed into input fields is masked in recordings, browser privacy signals are respected, and you can opt out at any time.
- To answer your enquiry and prepare quotations — at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract with you.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
Who processes it for us
- PostHog — website analytics and session recordings. Data is stored on PostHog’s European Union cloud.
- Vercel — hosts this website and processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages.
- WhatsApp (Meta), your email provider and Google Maps, when you choose to use them from our site. Their own privacy policies apply.
Some of this data is processed outside Indonesia: PostHog stores analytics data in the European Union, and Vercel may process technical data in other countries, including the United States. If you would like to know how data transferred abroad is protected, contact us.
Your choices
You can stop analytics and session recordings for this browser at any time. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal, we do not collect analytics at all. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UU PDP (Articles 5–13), subject to the exceptions in Article 15, you have the right to:
- obtain information about our identity, the legal basis and purpose of processing, and our accountability (Article 5);
- complete, update or correct errors and inaccuracies in your personal data (Article 6);
- access and obtain a copy of your personal data (Article 7);
- end the processing of, delete or destroy your personal data (Article 8);
- withdraw consent, where processing is based on your consent (Article 9);
- object to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that have legal consequences or a significant impact on you (Article 10) — this website makes no such decisions;
- delay or restrict processing, proportionate to the purpose of the processing (Article 11);
- sue and receive compensation for violations in the processing of your personal data (Article 12);
- obtain and use your personal data in a commonly used, machine-readable format, and send it to another controller (Article 13).

Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to analytics and correspondence is limited to staff who need it.
