GSE HDH
Heavier duty. Steeper slopes.
High-temperature HDPE geomembrane

Geomembrane
GSE HDH
HDPE line for containment at elevated operating temperatures, such as process ponds and hot-liquid storage.
- Material
- Heavy-duty HDPE
- Surface
- Textured (single or double-sided)
- Key property
- High interface friction for steep slopes
- Brand
- Solmax
Where slope angle demands more friction.
Steep containment slopes need a liner that holds not just liquid — it must also anchor the protective cover material above it. A textured HDPE surface dramatically increases the friction angle between the liner and the overlying soil or aggregate, allowing steeper side slopes without risk of cover-soil sliding.
Indramas specifies GSE HDH on projects where slope geometry or regulatory requirements dictate a textured surface with enhanced mechanical properties.
Key features
- High interface frictionTextured surface for slope stability of overlying materials.
- Enhanced stress-crack resistanceHeavy-duty resin formulation for demanding service.
- Chemical resistanceResists leachate, mining solutions and aggressive chemicals.
- Weldable & testableSame QA standard as the full GSE range.
