What is Claynox Geodrain?

Claynox Geodrain is a geocomposite drainage product consisting of a tri-planar geonet core with a geotextile laminated to one or both sides. It is designed to provide high in-plane drainage flow over large surface areas under heavy compressive loads.

The tri-planar core features rigid vertical ribs that create protected flow channels parallel to the drainage direction. These ribs significantly increase compressive resistance and tensile strength while preventing geotextile intrusion into the drainage channels — the main cause of flow loss in conventional geocomposites.

Geodrain geocomposites are used as leachate collection layers over liner systems, leak detection layers between two waterproofing barriers, gas venting layers in landfill final covers, and drainage layers in civil and environmental applications.
